We pride ourselves on being able to offer creative and workable solutions for any project and deal with our clients and partners in a friendly and collaborative manner.
IJM’s strategic response to the changing demands of their customers, with a growing emphasis on multi-occupancy buildings, showcases the company’s adaptability and commitment to innovation. Recognising the need for a specialised approach, IJM established Frameform Building Systems, a sister company dedicated to Light Gauge Steel Frame (LGSF) construction.
Recognising the need for a specialised approach, IJM offers tailored off-site solutions for clients seeking medium-rise buildings, capitalising on the versatility and efficiency that the LGSF system provides.
IJM’s in-house design team, equipped with the latest technology and cutting-edge manufacturing processes, together with our professional on-site team provides clients with a comprehensive and streamlined approach to building multi-occupancy structures.
This holistic approach to the evolving construction landscape, reinforces IJM’s commitment to off-site solutions.
NSAI Agrément certification is designed specifically for new building materials, products and processes that do not yet have a long history of use and for which published national standards do not yet exist. NSAI Agrément assesses, specifies testing, and where appropriate, issues Agrément certificates for such products.
NHBC Standards requires manufacturers of LGSF systems, which form primary structural components, to submit a system manual to SCI for assessment. This is a requirement for obtaining an NHBC Warrantee for the building.
SCI/NHBC Stage 1 System Certification will cover structural strength, stability and durability.
